Service Description

This service is for estimates located within 25 miles (or 35 mins drive time) from our location. For properties located further it will be an additional $25. Please be advised that we will not travel more than 30 miles (or more than 45 minutes drive time) from our location.This estimate is for residential or commercial client's that are completing repairs that will be paid for by their insurance provider. This estimate includes (1) on-site visit with the estimator, (1) detailed estimate: valid for (30) days, (1) proposed layout (if applicable), coordination regarding the estimate with the Client's insurance provider. Revisions to the estimate and/or layout will be an additional fee. All fees paid will be deducted from the project total if booked before the estimate's expiration.

Booking Policy

BOOKING POLICY The Estimate fee must be paid prior to receiving the estimate. If the estimate is not paid before the appointment date or to the estimator the day of the appointment, the office staff will send you a reminder invoice to attempt to collect payment. If the invoice is not satisfied within one week from the appointment date then the invoice will be deleted and the estimate will be filled. PLEASE NOTE: The estimate WILL NOT be delivered if the estimate fee has not been paid, regardless if an onsite estimate has taken place. PAYMENT The estimate fee can be paid by credit card, ACH draft, check, or cash. To pay in-person please visit our temporary office location 576 Volunteer Parkway Bristol, TN (second floor) during normal business hours 9AM-5PM. Please refer to the Booking Policy for payment terms. CANCELLATION POLICY $15 of the Estimate Fee is non-refundable. All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs. If the appointment is not cancelled within 24hrs of the estimate date you will forfeit the estimate fee that has been paid. NO-SHOW POLICY If the estimate fee has been paid and the estimator is unable to conduct the estimate due to no one being available at the time of the appointment and where no one has called to cancel the appointment, this is considered to be a NO-SHOW and the estimate fee paid will not be refunded.
